Delegate cancellation policy

Payment terms are strictly 28 days following the date of invoice and will be invoiced on the first working day of each following calendar month. If for any reason you are unable to attend, cancellations must be received in writing:

• For cancellations made between 0–14 days prior to the event, the full fee for the booking is payable.
• For cancellations made between 15–21 days prior to the event, 75% of fees for the booking are payable.
• For cancellations made 22 days or more prior to the event, 50% of the fees for the booking are payable.

The International Parking Community shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation, or other costs if we are required to cancel the IPC Annual Conference as a result of an event outside our control (including, without limitation, acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, extreme weather, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or threats of any such acts, any strike action, lockouts or other industrial action and a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness).

In the event of cancellation by The International Parking Community as detailed above, tickets purchased will be transferred to the new event date.

Please be aware that photographs will be taken at this event. They may be used in marketing, print, digital and social media. If you do not consent to have images of yourself shared, please contact cat@theipc.info prior to the conference.
